Chillin' with the herd
I have a young buckling (5mon) that has started sneezing. I immediately started checking him for a runny nose or wet paws or snot, etc. Nothing, absolutely nothing. He's eating, drinking, playing, and acting normal. Just occasionally gets these sneezing fits. Of course, I that's been happening to me too. Our rabbit barn is coated in a thin layer of yellow pollen. I mean it is EVERYWHERE! The air looks dusty or foggy, but it's just the pollen. GA's pollen records has been broken this year, it's the worst ever.
Luckily, this little guy is in a lone cage and only near ducklings (easier to clean up on wire). He's new so he's been in quarantine since he arrived. I don't plan on moving him, no need really. But, should I start antibiotics? I really don't like to use them. I don't like using any meds actually. But I hate to loose him or let him suffer.
Could it be allergies and nothing to worry about? Or is it snuffles?
