Carcass yield and other things

I was wondering what has been your experience with carcass yield percentage with your swine raised to butcher weight? I raised 2 Mulefoot a few months ago and we will have 3 Tamworth and 5 Large Black/Red Wattle crosses to go to market the end of October. They were grain fed and moved about in our woods in a moveable paddock. My Mulefoot was calculated at around a 55%.
