Cloes kids are doing well. They're 3 days old now. This is their first day with mama gone. We spent a lot of time outside in the sun.
The doeling "Annie Oakley" looks just like Cloe and the buckling "Tagg" looks like his Pa "Cowboy.

I'm not really sure since I've only raised one other baby and since I was with him all the time I didn't notice a difference. I'll pay more attention this time:)

When our Toggs (bought bred) kidded the first time in our dark barn, I thought they had black and white kids and I was MAD, thinking that we'd been snookered and bought does bred to an Alpine buck or something. :p

They lighten so gradually you don't really notice it....
