Color Identification

One of Wendy's kits is confusing me. When it was born I thought it was black. Now upon closer inspection it looks really dark charcoal grey. It's undercoat and belly are dark gray... The kit is not the dark glossy black I see in my blay rex doe or my black otter rex/satin doe. Is this some color I am unaware of?

It does not show well in pics.

Just a black, they can go through different shades when young.
