Im thinking about getting into Mini Nubians. Does anyone else raise these and how are they compared to Nigerian Dwarfs and Pygmies?

Don't know anything about Pygmies or NDs, but I have 1 Mini Nub doe, and she is the sweetest, most lovable thing. She is a FF due in 10 days, so don't have a lot of info about mothering, milking and such, but she has a beautiful udder forming and looks like she is gonna be a dream to milk. I wouldn't hesitate to have more Mini Nubs if the opportunity should arise, and will probably retain any does that she may have. Here is her pic. She is the brown one closest to front.

She is a beauty! I have Nigerian Dwarf and Pygmy. I have read that the mini nubian is a Nigerian Dwarf and Nubian. Is this correct?

Yes, the mini Nubians are started out as half ND and half Nubian. Some breeders that have been working on this breed have several generations down now.
Smaller versions of full size breeds seem to be showing up more as folks with limited space are drawn to the smaller breeds to fit their needs.
I have a full size Nubian and she is so sweet natured. I really like them but I also really love the Nigerians. Mini Nubian is like having both in 1 goat. :D

I just got a mini about a week ago. She is a little bigger than my NDs but isn't too pushy. There was little butter ng when I first introduced her so she let them know she was in charge now. But she's super sweet ;otherwise. They seem to be harder to find then Nigerians tho.
