Cow has a cyst or something can someone tell me what it is?

My neighbors has this cow that has a big cyst and she is suffering and has been for 2 months. They want do anything for her. Does anyone know what I can do I live in Ky?

I don't know cows but that looks like a prolapse to me.. well a partial prolapse

That is definitely a prolapse; looks to be a vaginal prolapse You better get the vet out as quick as you can, and get her in a chute.

It is a partical vaginal prolapse. looks to be rectal too.

Since you do not own the cow and the people who do cannot care less the only thing you can do is report it as a case of animal negelct.
If they do want to do something call the vet out and have it put back in and stiched close and ship her after the withdrawl time period.
