Loving the herd life
I posted last week Trixie has a little buckling. Here's a new picture of him from today and he's 1 week old. We call him Rudy. He has a heart-shaped pink center to his nose and it reminded me of a valentine. That made us think of Rudy Valentino (yes, we are olddddddd!). So we settled on Rudy. This was the best picture I could get of him and I had to hold him with one hand and aim and shoot the camera with the other, because if I put him down he was bounding around faster than the shutter on the camera would work, and I would get pictures of nothing! He is a little root for sure! Trixie is super protective of him because I recently sold her first baby Waldo and farmed out her second Baby Girl and I'm sure she thinks I will do the same with him. She's a really good momma and for a pygmy she gives good amounts of milk. Can't wait to see how much she will give this freshening since this is her third.
