One of my French Lop does developed a cyst looking thing inside her ear fairly close to the tip. I asked the breeder about it and she said it was no big deal and I could lance it open if I wanted. I did nothing.

She now as another cyst looking thing inside her other ear in about the same place.

I cannot post pictures as yet, but does anyone have an idea of what this could be.

The rest of her ears look healthy inside and out.

Thanks.

My rabbit had a cyst on her back and, not knowing what it was, I took her to the vet to have it looked at. (My sister thought it may be a tumor and was afraid that the rabbit had cancer.) The vet however soon found out that it was a cyst and drained it for me. She then told me to keep an eye on it to make sure it didn't come back. And if it did I could bring her in again. I think that if you are unsure you can call your vet for advice. A good vet should tell you how you can take care of it yourself instead of charging you the visit. I know mine would have if I had known what I was dealing with. Good Luck!
