I have two, 8 year old geldings, and a 1 year old Jack. I need to deworm them. I have Valbazen, Synanthic 22%, Panacur, Ivomec, and Safeguard paste. Which should I use and how much should I dose? Should I do injection or oral? If injection IM or SQ? When should I follow up? How often should I deworm?

Depends what you are deworming for.
Our vet recommends deworming 2ce a year: Once in the spring, and once in the fall.
If you just got them, or believe they are infected, treat now, then in 2 weeks treat again with a different drug (and after that, just get on the once in the fall, once in the spring rotation, unless you again have reason to believe they are infected again).

I like to take a fecal instead so I know what I'm treating for, or if I even need to treat. Though 2ce a year really isn't a bad thing - those two times are when you will see the big worm "blooms".

Assuming that all of the dewormers you listed are in tubes (paste or gel, both oral), just read the directions on the tube. It goes by weight. Just make sure you change drugs every time you deworm to avoid parasite drug resistance.
