I have only had rabbits for about a year and a half, so when something new comes up, sometimes I am a little stumped!
Ok, I have a two year old Standard Rex doe. She has just had her last litter weaned off her 2 weeks ago, and was a little on the thin side, but was staring to pick up nicely She has been acting and eating totally normal up untill 3 days ago. First thing I notice was her manure seemed kinda oblong rather than round. The next day I seen some clear thick mucus hooked on to the oblong rabbit turds, and she didn't eat or drink her normal amount. And now today, she isnt interested in eating or drinking, and not only is there mucus hooked on to the odd shaped manure, but piles of just clear thick mucus.

Does anyone have any ideas what the problem might be, what may have caused it, and any suggestions on how to fix it????

Sounds like it could be enteritis.
You need to keep her hydrated.
I would get her some of the ben e pak stuff asap.
You don't have a very wide window of time with rabbits. They tend to fade fast.
As far as what type of meds to give, I'm not sure.
