Doeling with WMD

I've read some of the posts for WMD in goats. However, I'm looking for suggestions of supportive care after the BO-SE shot, which I haven't been able to find. I have an 11 week old doeling who stopped standing about 5 days ago. Unfortunately we were away on vacation and I had a farm sitter. She did an excellent job of supportive care until I returned. I have given the doeling her shot from our Vet of BO-SE but she is still down, a day later. He said it may take a few days for her to respond. However, I feel there could be something I could be doing while I wait. I'm lifting her, putting hay around her so she can continue eating. Her Dam is in the pen with her and she is nursing but not often (I can tell by how full her udder is on the side she nurses from). Any suggestions? Thank you!

Prop her up, don't let her lay flat out all day. Milk mom & bottle or syringe, if you can't stand her long enough for a full tummy. But, DO keep her nursing so she will do so once the BO-SE kicks in. Hold her & move her legs, a little PT.

Any improvement?

Took her to the Vet Friday am. He gave her a B vitamin shot, and an antibiotic, Resflor, for the pneumonia. I was to continue to give B every day until Tuesday. He also gave me another Resflor shot to give her Sunday. The BO-SE injection was to last for 2 weeks. She maybe has slightly improved?? It’s hard to tell. She’s still not standing but it started affecting her one front leg and that is better. The Vet said if she’s not better Tuesday then she probably won’t get better and I’d need to make a tough decision. I will hold off as long as I can see some improvement. Thanks every one for your input!!!

Bo-Se has to be processed through her system, blood stream, to get into her muscles so it will take a bit of time... 3-5 days minimum for any improvement to be seen in calves and usually a week before it is "obvious"...
