Hi,
When we breed our cow will it effect her milk quality at all? Just wondering what the hormone changes will do.

Thank You

No, it won't affect milk quality at all. You want to get her bred back at the 45-60 day interval so she will freshen on time for you. The longer it takes to breed her back the higher the chance that she will end up dry for a longer period of time.

you want to try to get her bred back as soon as possable.an once she is confirmed bred.milk her till she is 7 months bred an then turn her dry.the longer a cow milks the more her production will drop.
