Are you just looking to milk them or are you wanting a purebred / breeding ewes? I have two hairsheep cross ewes (they are a real Heinz 57, and have some wool breed in them too) that have EXCEPTIONALLY large udders. Their udders are bigger than most large milking goats and I was going to try to breed for milking ability off these two girls...the one had triplets and I am keeping them all (2 girls and a boy) plus I have an unrelated Katahdin ram. I haven't milked them yet as I got them as adults are they were very wild, however they are calming down, maybe next year?

There seems to be a real interest in milking sheep and there are not a lot of hair sheep dairy options so I thought I would try. I am in Kamloops but won't have anything till next year.

I am looking for milkers and any good ewe lambs from really good milking sheep would be great. I should be on my farm next year, so we should keep in touch.

sounds good...I'm hoping to have a nice little batch of milkers next year. Good luck in finding your perfect spot....we finally found ours and are LOVING it!
