Yup! Cut to order. We had him do our last lamb and everything was excellent. This time around it will be chops, steaks, leg roasts split and ground not stew. He marked each on with cuts on the foreleg slits - 1, 2 and 3 so each will be cut, wrapped and frozen for everyone per what they wanted in the cuts.Do they cut into desired portions, also? Wrap, etc?
