One of my baby goats (I rescued three that were abandoned when they were 1 day old - now they are 2 weeks) had enterotoxemia but made it. Now another one of them has it! I have done what the vet said for the first goat...CDT (gave to all three), Penicillin G, peptobismal, and I'm giving him pedialyte as much as I can, except its difficult as he doesn't want to eat at all so I have to give it by syringe.

Does anyone have any other advice ??? :(

I'd make sure the one with enterotoxemia gets another two doses (one every eight hours) of the C&D antitoxin. Make sure you don't give him milk for 24 hours and when you do start again, give him probiotics in the milk to get his gut going filled with the good stuff. I don't know if I'd personally be giving the pepto since you're giving the antitoxin to get rid of the bad bacteria in his gut which gets out through the fecals. Hope he gets better soon! * hugs *

Are you giving the antitoxin or the toxoid? Not the same. One is the vaccine to prevent, and one is treat an outbreak and give short term protection. The rest of the treatment is the same as how I treated. Hope he pulls through for you.
