eye crusties on 2 2.5 week old babies

I have two healthy babies (flemish giants) that have developed crusty eyes and look a bit wet today. What can I give them. I have bacitracin eye ointment, can they recieve that and be okay? Other than crusty eyes they are healthy and running around. Ideas?

Penicillin G from TSC works. You can buy the injectable and some needles and syringes. Drip it in the eye. Do not inject it.

Don't use durapen, it burns.

You could also try terrimycian.
