Fattening up some does

I have a couple pygmy does that look like death warmed over!! One of them had kids this past winter but they are now sold and she is still not looking better. The other had a kid but tlost it young and still looks like a rack of bones. They are getting all the hay they want, grass and weeds of course. I have a few that look good all yr round no mater what but then I have these 2 azlso

Do you think those two have worms? Good luck fattening them up!
