if you all remember I have had the goat Gracie, that has been "pregnant " for the longest period in history lol.
Not really but since the first supossed pregnancy obviously didn't happen I am for sure that she will be having babies sometime soon. I had calculated at the end of March but I think maybe the end of Feb is more likely.
She is finally building an udder!!!! I want to feed her the right diet to prevent all the keotosis and toxemia ect..
So I feed her about 2 cups of goat food grain, free choice hay,
small bit of chicken scratch and some Boss mixed all together.
Maybe a little more than 2 cups twice a day I have her with another goat too.around the same size.
I stopped feeding all alfalfa hay. can I give her pellets instead?
the feed or grain is just plain goat feed 17 % maybe.
