I have a 4 month old Angus that has been bottle fed from birth. I recently dropped her to 1 bottle a day and she gets all hay she will eat and about 2 cups grain twice daily. How much grain should I be giving her and when can I totally stop bottle?

You can stop the bottle. She could be getting 1 1.5% of her body weight in grain without any problems. If you have poor quality hay, you could give her up to 2% of her body weight.

Is she turned out so she can nibble any grass that is showing up? Being able
to move around, play and run, will help build strong bones and sunshine is
ALWAYS good for Vit D in babies.

I would agree with Jhm47, bottle could stop anytime. However if you don't
have any other way to use up the replacer, I would finish it off. Storing milk replacer
until you finally get another calf is no fun! Swap calf to drinking
from the bucket, so you don't have to put up with the bottle bunting that is normal
in calves. On a cow it stimulates milk production. With a bottle it can be a
PAIN. Just get the milk in the bucket, have calf sucking your milky fingers and
lower them into the bucket to slurp up some milk. Most calves catch on pretty
quick, but some you have to let them suck fingers down in the bucket a little
longer until they understand. Ours liked the bucket, they could drink FASTER!
