Sadly our girls have eaten just about everything green in their pen, it's about 30' by 50' with about a 10' by 10' pond in it but anything gren gets snagged before it puts out much for leaf. I have loads of brush and trees but am wondering what's best to cut and feed them. I have one in milk that we are drinking if that would make a difference. Oh and we are in new england. On our property we have lots of pine, oak, maple for trees some birch too. And for brush lots of wild blackberries.

We are hoping to get some cattle panels and make a movable pasture area but for now I just want to get them some of the greens that have sprouted up all over the yard.

Thanks in advance!

Any of those that you mentioned that are on your property would be fine to give them.

I think I have defective goats! They won't eat the grass in their yard, but I can weed eat around the pen and throw it in the pen and they eat it. It's the same exact grass that is in their pen. :barnie

Yes, but they haven't pooped and peed on it....AND you have not gone to all the work to cut it for them. Things that come directly from human hands are sooooo much better, dontcha know!. LOL That's goats.
