I mean milking supplies, medicines, DE...

We've got a Tractor Supply and a Southern States Coop near our house, but neither of them really seem...uh...well, they don't seem very well stocked and some of the products look old (like they might even be out-of-date)

Looking for a place to order pretty much everything but feed from one place to save on shipping. I looked at jeffers.com and caprine supply.com (they seemed to have some nifty "medical" kits already made up, but I'm not sure if the kits contain stuff that you would actually use)

Hoegger Goat Supply is my primary online place for goat supplies, but I've ordered lots of meds from Jeffers that I can't get from Tractor Supply.

I don't use the dewormer you put on food. Never know which goat got it and which didn't.

Jeffers Supply for the bulk of it, I wait until they're having their "big sales" and order everything 1-2 times a year.

At TSC, 25 needles costs 7$ +. I can get a box of a hundred from Jeffers for $5. I got a 500ml bottle of Ivermectin on sale for.....
*drumroll*
$105.00 a few weeks ago.
It may take a while to use it but the date's good and that was one heck of a good price.

I use Hoegger's for the stuff I can't get at Jeffers (AC powder, cheese making supplies) and order from them no more often than I have to, because paying shipping just annoys me.

I rarely buy refrigerated meds at a farm supply....seen too many boxes of it left sitting for days in a back room b/c they don't "get" why it has to be cold.

(Although I promise you, at the TSC where I work, it gets put away w/ the quickness...)

Jeffers & Hoegger, primarily. Still, I spend too much money with TSC, Southern States, my feedmill (on non-feed items), and my Vet..

Like someone else said, I only order from Hoegger if I can't get it from Jeffers... Hoegger is good, but their shipping is high IMHO, and their prices just don't seem to be as good as Jeffers on items they both carry.. I've also had orders stall out because they don't have something in stock...which is fine, it happens...but send me an email or something. Don't make me call.

:/
