We plant a big garden so a lot of the vegetables that we don't use goes to the rabbits and other animals. Like some broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, pickles, watermelon and muskmelon rinds, corn, spinach, etc. I heard though, don't know if it's true or not, that beans are bad for rabbits.

We don't plant much of anything specifically for the rabbits, but we certainly keep them in mind. We've long since stopped fighting Dandelions and Thistleweed--the rabbits love it, so why bother?

Other crops we grow and feed to the rabbits:

Broccoli, leaves and stems. They like the florets, too, but we usually consume them ourselves.
Cauliflower, leaves and stems.
Kale, year round.
Lettuces, some varieties year round.
Salad Burnett.
Water Cress.
Arugula.
Spinach, year round.
Parsley, leaves and stems, almost year round.
Cilantro, leaves and stems.
Carrots, parsnips, beets, and turnips, leaves and roots.
Zucchini and summer squash, fruit.
Strawberries, tops and fruit.
Apples, everything but core/seeds.
Cherries, pitted.
Blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, usually dehydrated and fed as treats, but sometimes fresh.
Sweet peppers, fruit only.
Cucumbers, fruit. Feed sparingly, they have VERY high water content and little nutrition.
Collard greens, leaves.
Swiss Chard, leaves and stems.
Celery, stems and leaves.
Radish tops.

They love fruits above all, but their favorite vegetables are romaine lettuce, spinach, kale, carrots, and celery. They also love dandelion greens and flowers, red and white clover, and wood violet leaves and flowers.

If you're planning on planting crops exclusively for the bunnies, make sure you try your rabbits on the foods first because their preferences can vary pretty wildly. Some of mine like squash and zucchini, for example, and other wont touch it. One of them has a horrible sweet tooth--she always picks her plate for anything sweet before consuming the smallest bit of green. Just like people, they're all different!
