I noticed one of my goats was squinting tonight, and he was really touchy about his left eye. I suspect it is an injury, but what concerned me is after I put the eye drops in he had whitish tears come rolling down his face every so often. But the eye drops are clear, and I don’t think I got as much in as he was crying out. Could this be an infection, if so I’ve never seen one so bad, spring up over night. Ps. He got vaccinated last night for tetanus, but I expect just a coincidence.

Could be an abscess? I'd have a Vet look at him.

I used colloidal silver, this guy has gotten eye infections a few times before(I think it’s the floppy ears) and it usually wipes it out in a day or two. I do not have tetramyacine opthalmic ointment, would triple anti-biotic work the same? I know it works for chicken eye infections.
I didn’t think about an abscess, maybe in his mouth? I don’t see any around his eye, but maybe.
I wish lol. No livestock vet around here at all. If I find an abscess do I start antibiotics and see if it goes away, or open at the same time as the first dose?

Yes. You would have to drain the abscess and clean it out with peroxide.

Just my 2cents worth... I don't see any swelling that indicates an abscess. You can wash his eyes out with a weak saline or boric acid solution. Google can give you directions to make each of them at home. Is it possible it's pink eye? Squinting and discharge are classic symptoms. Again, Google can give you several ideas of washes and treatments that are good for pink-eye (including red wine lol).
Any abscess warrants treating with sterile procedures and making absolutely sure no exudate touches the ground. Your property could become contaminated and affect your entire herd from that point forward. While I don't think that is your issue this time - please keep that in mind going forward.
