Goat milking question

Hello! Our nigerian dwarf doe had two healthy little babies boys a little more than a week ago. They have been nursing off of her and now I am hoping that I will be able to have some milk from her as well. She had all the tests needed for milking just a little while ago. I plan on getting some funnels to make a strainer, we have filters, a bucket, and a milking stand. My question is, what should I clean the teets with before and after milking? I want to do something homemade, that will be safe for me as well as for her little goat kids to have. I have read many different ideas, from vinegar to essential oils (which i have), to reduced iodine. What do you suggest?

To clean udders we use warm water with a drop of dishsoap and a drop of bleach (you don't have to do bleach).
You want the cloth wrung out no dripping water when you clean.

For after care we use Fight Bac. We use to use a dip but we don't like dipping goat after goat and so we would put the dip in dixie cups to do each goat individually.
We found the Fight bac- which is chlorhexidine was much better. It sprays on and is cool which also helps close the orifice.
No drying and chaffing of the teat either.

I use Fight Bac too and most of my does have kids on them. I also use Dawn and bleach when I am out of Fight Bac.
