Goat with a cold

some of my 7 month old goats have stuffy and runny noses, they snes and cough something to. Is it a cold or something more Sirius. we have some antibiotics on the farm I could give it them. I haven't taken there thermometers because we only have thermometers should I do that?

We carried a lot of our goats recently to NC State Fair
About a week later 3 or 4 had runny noses
We checked temps and none had a fever
We did nothing to treat ours and all got better
Sometimes it is better to let them fight off something like that than to give antibiotics
So I would recommend to check their temps first
