I would investigate the cause of the scours. Is it dietary (had TOO much of something or ate something it shouldn't)? Is it parasitic (coccidia are a common problem in young goats)? Is it bacterial (might need an antibiotic and vet care).
Here we prefer to give jello packets in enough water to liquify it and then drenching it, while we investigate the cause of the diarrhea. This slows down the scours and helps reduce lost fluids.
I would be taking a fecal to the vet to investigate internal parasites such as worms or coccidia as the cause of the diarrhea.
What color is the poop? This can be a clue as to the cause of the scours.
