Goat with spot between horns

I've got two boer girls, both about 15 months old. They kidded at the end of March. They have been looking kind of rough. I thought it may have been kidding at about 13 months old, but they haven't gotten much better looking. I wormed both of them about a month ago. I've noticed both of them having a scab looking, maybe ring worm looking spot on their heads. One has the spot right between her horns and the other has the spot on the base of one horn. They both have good color on their eyelids. Anyone have any ideas what it might be? I have not noticed any other spots like these anywhere else on their bodies.

Most likely lice or mites. My goats get bald noses and spots from rubbing their heads when lice and mites bother them. This is the first year that mites seem to be the problem. I usually do 3 treatments of injectable ivermectin, 7-10 days apart and that knocks out the lice. Mites need powders or sprays I believe. I am using DE.
