Hey ya'll!
I'm in TX and we have our first threat of sever weather coming through. I am curious what you do with your herds in bad weather?
They have a 4 sided shed with a roof of course but I worry it will not be enough.

Goats, being the highly delicate creatures that they are, don't like getting wet... unless they want to get wet. Your shed should do just fine for this upcoming forecasted thunderstorm.

No, contrary to what they say, goats will not melt in the rain.

However, they may start singing the blues from the depth of their goat cave regarding how bad you are treating them, considering how you control the weather.

In my 12 years with my goaties I have not be able to convince them that I do not control the weather, regardless of what they think.

So, inquiring minds would like to know how your spun sugar goaties did with the storms last night. Hope all is well.
Hi! Everyone survived. My husband was in the hospital having surgery, so I was not home when the storm hit. Thankfully the tornados did not come through our area, they stayed mostly south of us. I think we go lucky this time and just got some rain. We missed the worst of it. Thanks for check on the divas! lol
