Growing Grains toxic or not

I want to grow some grains for my chickens and ducks but I am not sure if they are truly toxic or problematic for goats. I searched here but most posts were old so if there is any new information I'd love to hear it.
The plan is to grow amaranth, flax, sorghum, hops, quinoa and possibly millet or milo if I can find small quantities of seed.
Has anyone experienced any problems with these plants? Thank you
