Halters

I have 3 sheep. They go to camps in summers. ( only one so far) everyone loves th and when we walk them the children want to walk them all the time. My sheep are strong and they freak out when they see the halters. I have done practice with them when wearing the halters but they still freak out. What do I do to help them freak out less or not freak out at all.

Show halter, give a treat. Greedy sheep will learn to ignore sight of halters for the treats. Lay halters in feed trough and pour feed around them.
Put halters on them, give treats. Take halter off. Put back on, give a treat. Keep it up until they LOVE the halters.
