Hello
My name is Judy and hubby is Ron. We are a retired couple living in Central Florida where the sky is blue most all of the time. We picked up our first two little ND wethers on October 18 and are about to add a third one to our herd at the end of the month they are our pets. We do not breed or milk so we just keep wethers. Sadly we lost one of our little guys over the Christmas holiday and had to find one quickly for the other fellow who was so sad without his partner. Thankfully our breeder had one ready to go for us. So we made the four hour trip to pick him up.
Let me introduce you to the two boys we have now. Rascal Flats is a 4 month old blue eyed black point chamoisee and Shawn Patrick is a blue eyed buckskin who is 7 weeks old. Our new little boy will hopefully be picked up at the end of the month. He is mostly white with some cream with brown eyes and looks so sweet. Hubby said he's as cute as a button... So mama decided to call him Buttons... We will see if that fits him when we get him home.
Thanks for the add. I'm hoping to get some good information on goating as this is our first experience owning goats as pets.
