Have a lionhead rabbit with weepy eyes. What do I do?

I have had rabbits all of my life, but this is my first time having one of the long hair variety. I have this Blue eyed white lionhead, double maned, doe someone give to me, and her eyes are weepy. I gently wiped down over/around her eyes with a mild saline solution over them, but I don't know if that will fix anything. Any advice would be great.
