Hello Everyone,
I am new to BYH and excited to introduce myself. My husband and I just moved to our farm recently. It has been in his family for almost 200 years, so It is an honor to be able to farm on the same land that his ancestors farmed. We currently are in the process of repairing the barn and getting it ready for all the animals we intend to have. At the present we have a small herd of Dual Registered Nigerian Dwarf Goats. I am excited to begin milking and cheese making once kidding season starts. Goats are my passion and love and I plan to get involved with FFA and 4H in my area. I also want to hold classes on All Natural Goat Care, Soap Making, Cheese making, Medicinal Herb Gardening and any other interests that comes up that I can be of help in. I would love to meet others in my area that are interested in farming and all that goes with farming. Goats especially. I have not met many that have milk goats in my area so It would be a real treat to meet others with milking goats. Thank you for the honor of being a part of this forum.
