Chillin' with the herd
I joined a short time ago and forgot to introduce myself.
I have been a member of the sister sites for a couple of years now and started reading the threads here before I got my goats and sheep so I could get prepared.
I now have a Nigerian dwarf doe who just gave birth two days ago to a buckling and a doeling, a Pygmy doe and a Barbados Black Belly sheep.
I also raise chickens, I am a beekeeper, I love to garden and raise my own food and I am getting some turkeys this spring.
I am also married and raising my family, my kids range in age from 6-22.
I am really enjoying this lifestyle and wish I started years ago but better late that never.
I am learning alot here, this site was a nice addition to the others.
