Found this website from Back Yard Chickens & can't be happier having both of them to use! We have 15 Acres, 5 of which are fenced with our home, a 30' X 40' Pole Barn & two fenced pastures. Just getting started, while cleaning up the mess the previous owners left us but have some Rhode Island Reds, Barred Rock Chickens & just acquired a pot belly pig the neighbors could no longer take care of. Future plans include Pygmy Goats, a mininiature donkey & a "steer a year" for family meat. My name is Reed Lucas & I prefer to be addressed by my nickname "Luke" because all my life people have confused which is first & which is last. My baseball coach as a kid had such a hard time he just called me "Luke" & it stuck. Thanks to everyone who shares their knowledge to help all of us who are new get started! Luke :-0)))))

IF I rmember correctly Norman is a little south of Oklahoma City?

I've got friends in Pawhuska and Bartlesville, I come out and help on her ranch in the summers. I'm pretty sure that we were in your neck of the woods last year, picking up a double stack of steers.

I live in North Carolina, lol.
