Chillin' with the herd
I have been on BYC for about a year now under the handle BarefootMom. I have lurked around here a bit before but I only had chickens and cows. Now I have chickens, cows, ducks, and rabbits. lol. I am new to ducks and rabbits, don't know a lot about what I am doing--I read almost daily. They were both impulse buys at the sale barn (really great deals) I have 10 muscovey ducks (9 hens and 1 drake) and 8 bunnies ( 3 NZ?CA? and the rest are mixed--all meat rabbits)
We have 14 cows and several calves on the ground (not sure of the numbers right now) DH and my dad takes care of them mostly. We live on my parent's 300 acre farm and help out.
I have 2 children and I am a stay at home mom.
