I'm a new backyard "farmer." I'm a wife, mom to four and an entrepreneur. We live on 1.5 acres in southeast Texas. Four months ago we had no animals aside from our barn cat (a stray who showed up that we now claim). Now we also have 8 chickens, 2 rabbits, and 2 sheep. I ended up here looking for some advice on our ram which I'll post in the behaviors forum next. Happy to be able to dig around here for info!

Here's my crew!

Welcome from NW Mississippi!!....:frow
Looks like ya have a really nice crew there. We have goats, chickens, ducks, and cats here. There is quite the contingent here from Texas, so I'm sure you'll fit right in....and there are many with sheep that will be glad to answer any question ya may have. There is a ton of info in the existing Forums and Threads so browse around and make yourself at home....if ya have any questions, comments, or advice feel free to post away.
Again....:welcome

Greetings and welcome from NE TX. Looks like some nice green grass for the sheep to graze on. Thanks for sharing the pics. The bunnies are cute. The chickens are, well, chickens... :) Browse around and make yourself at home! Glad to have you with us.
