I'm new here. I'm raising animals on my tiny mini farm for 4-H. I love animals and plan on making them my career. Looking forward to meeting everyone!

Welcome so what types of animals do you have?

Thank you! I've got chickens, horses, a dog and cats. I'm going to be getting a Shetland Sheep and some goats as well. I also show (but do not own) llamas/alpacas. I have owned rabbits in the past.

that's cool, my DD would love to have an alpacas. We have rabbits, chickens, peafowl and turkeys.

Alpacas are definitely lots of fun... especially attempting to get them over, around and through obstacles! So cool that you have turkeys! I've been wanting one but don't know if they could get through the chicken door in the coop, lol!

our turkeys are meat turkeys so they aren't with us very long and stay separate from our chickens.

Oh, I see! That makes sense. Mine would be a pet, I'm a vegetarian :-D
