That sounds like bottle jaw, which is a sign of worm infestation. Call the vet and ask them how they would like you to collect a sample of her feces. Then, they will be able to determine what you should use to worm her.

Keep her calm, if they're bad enough to have edema from anemia from blood thinning, stress can kill them.

Give her a double dose of Safeguard (available at farm stores), the liquid MEANT FOR GOATS, not the horse paste. Give it to her for 3 days straight.

It's a 'weak' wormer, and you want to gradually kill off this worm infestation, it's quite likely barberpole and waiting to see a vet may kill her. Killing them suddenly w/ a 'better' wormer could plug her up / kill her.

This weekend, give her a dose of Ivermectin (ivomec injectable), 1cc per 25#, orally...repeat next weekend.

Offer her 1/4-1/2 cup calf manna morning and night.

If you can get Red Cell, give her red cell, 5-10 cc. Farm stores carry it in gallon jugs in the horse section.

Give her 5-10 cc of B vitamin every other day for a week.

Give her probiotics (another paste, farm stores have it) daily for 3 days.

Even if I'm wrong and it's not bottle jaw from worms, none of this will "hurt" her, and may well save her.

It may even be helpful to give some activated charcoal in case the dying worms give off toxins.
