Help!! What could be causing these leg sores??

We just noticed that one of our does has a sore on her leg. I got a picture, but it is not the best. She does rub up against an old tractor tire that we have out in the yard. She sits her butt on it and rubs back and forth... not sure if that is causing the irritation or something else?

Looks like mites, mange, lice, etc.

Use some 5% sevin dust on her legs and down her back.

Dust her bedding and the barnyard.

Thank you for the replies!! After doing some research we came up with about the same thing. We have sseveral other does in the area and none of them have the issues so was not sure if it was! We will get what we need and get it taken care of!
