Hi, back again from last year with my FF Goat Joli (Question)

Hi Everybody. Some may know me from last fall with my first time and FF Dotti, which nothing was textbook on her her pregnancy. Well now I am back with Joli she has two DD. One is today April 25th and the other is next week May 3rd.

I have had no problems with her at all and this time around actually knowing the DD has been absolutely fantastic. I am thinking so far she is classic textbook. I checked her this morning and then again around 10am CST and she was the same, nothing really changed. Her ligs were mushy but still I could feel them. Her udder was the same, about two pints of milk maybe that she has developed slowly over last 6 weeks.

So I watch her on camera while I work in my home office and out of surprise, I'm like what in the world! Her udder has doubled and maybe more than doubled. And now I am noticing, maybe she has dropped. She will not let me touch her udder and with Dotti, this never happened. I am getting really excited. So my question is, do you think she will kid tonight or still maybe over next couple days. Thoughts?

Wow, I’m so excited. She has been great throughout this pregnancy so far. I had to grab her and hold her to feel her udder, boy it’s bigger than it looks and heavy. I would say a gallon of milk maybe out of nowhere.

Dotti only got half this size even after she kidded. So... since this happened suddenly, do you think it is early labor? I still feel her squishy ligs but I know they can go fast. With Dotti hers would come and go for 4 weeks, she kept me a nervous wreck.

I guess I’m in shock that Joli’s udder is so big, I still cannot believe it.

It is exciting when it's kidding time lol....it's the only time they have control over everything ! I have two that are due on my birthday...and they are my birthday plans

Joli kidded two beautiful doelings this morning. Everything was pretty textbook. Her udder almost doubled yesterday after it doubled two days ago. Omg she is definitely going to be a Milker, just got to read how to do it.

One thing I am confused about is a black and white Boer Goat. Where did that come from? ‍
