So glad to have found this great resource! We live in the foothills outside Denver and I am new to keeping goats. A week ago I brought home beautiful 9 week old lamancha/nubian cross triplets. Two doelings and one wether. I am in love with these little darlings. They are bonding to me and I enjoy every minute I spend caring for them. I've read a ton of books, have met a lot of great goat owners who have given wonderful advice but there is still so much to learn.

Welcome! There are a few of us also in the foothills area. I'll be getting my goats next month but I am so ready for them NOW! I hope mine will bond with us as quickly as yours did. I do plan to spend a lot of time with them. We have a very gentle dog and I hope they'll become the best of friends. We will be starting with two boer wethers. I already want more!

Hi! From a fellow Coloradian. I am in southern Colorado and I am addicted to goats.
