Hi everybody!
My name is Julie. I am 33 yrs old. I have loved animals all my life. I have owned, dogs, cats, fish, and birds. Have had my cats to have kittens and one of my dogs had puppies. I have taken care of other people's dogs while they were on vacation. I have been around horses (friends/family) most of my life. My grandparents owned goats but only got to visit with them once or twice a year. I joined this message board to learn more about keeping maybe a couple of mini horses and some dwarf goats. Right now I live only on a half acre but plan on moving soon to a place with more land (2 to 5 acres). To start out I thought about getting just a couple of Nigerian Dwarf goats. There is a farm that raises them a couple hours away, good show and milk quality. I am so glad I found this forum, I know I will learn a lot and have people to help me if I have a question. It is very nice to meet everyone!
