Sure. You can have an ultrasound, palpate, have x-rays done, and there are even some lab tests that can check for certain hormones in the blood and urine.
If she was bred not long ago and you know the date she was bred, count 18 days from then. If she is not bred then she will come back into heat 18 to 21 days from that date.
There is a company called BioTracking LLC that does pregnancy testing through blood samples. I just recently sent in samples to test a couple of my does for pregnancy and to check the entire herd for CAE (they use the more sensitive eLisa test).
It only costs $7.50 to do the pregnancy test and it's super easy...you just draw a little blood and put it in a vial, then mail it to them. No need to refrigerate or anything like that. I mailed mine priority mail and had my results in 1 to 2 wks.
You do the test at least 30 days after separating the buck and the doe. They even sell a kit on their site with the vials and whatnot, though I recommend using a regular syringe with a 3/4 inch needle instead of the funny two-way needles with holders that they have in the kit. It is a LOT easier and less messy that way.
