I found this link when looking up freezing cream and thought it may be beneficial to other beginners like me. It gives you the "proper" way to store animal products including meat and tells you how long they will last. Again, I'm sure advanced people will find they already know the info, but it's a good aid for beginners.

I don't know what happened. I'll try to do it again.
That was the parent site for the preserving though.

ETA: It should work now. It works for me now. Here it is again. I should have tested it the first time oops. Anyway, if you are still having problems you can go to:

Scroll down to the bottom and click "Freezing Animal Products" that's the one I was looking at.
