Cadburry is a California bunny and she weighs ten pounds (measured today) and i dont know what her weight should be. Last year at the Houston county livestock show I was offended when the judge said she 'had too many happy meals' but her parents are GIGANTIC. They arnt fat and she came from professional breeders, papers and all. Her parents are just huge, not fat. And of course, she is gigantic too, so, hoe much should she weigh? Picture of her here :)

If you want to go with the ARBA standard for Californians, does should weigh between 8 1/2 and 10 1/2 pounds with and ideal of 9 1/2. So she is a perfectly healthy weight.

Since you got her from a professional breeder (and with a pedigree :D =D), I wouldn't worry about her weight fluctuating too much especially with her being over a year old.

General rule of thumb is to feed rabbits as much as they'll eat in a 20-30 minute period. But if she is doing just fine on how much she's currently getting, I wouldn't change it.

I also forgot to mention that she is also fed a full hay rack all the time and given toys, chew toys, and treats all the time. Is anything wrong there?

Many breeders full feed hay and use the pellets as more of a supplement. Others (me included) use hay as the supplement/treat. Some do 50/50. It's what works for you, your rabbit, and your budget.
As for the toys, as long as they can't injure the rabbit in any way, they should be just fine.
The only thing with treats is to limit them. I would recommend that only one treat be given a day, maximum.

The rabbit should receive one half cup of pellets per 6 lbs. of body weight, unlimited hay, fresh water, limited greens, and , if you choose to feed concentrates(grains), a 3-1 ratio of pellets-grain.
