How much should I fence In

For a ND and mini nubian buck? I have my ND buckling and a companion whether until I get my mini nubian buckling in May. I need to fence off a seperate section for the two of them. How big should I make it so they don't eat everything and it becomes a mud pit?

Well total we have 15 acres but its mostly wooded. We are planning on fencing in an acre this spring. Currently the only thing we have fenced is a really big back yard. That is where they all are now. (Six including buckling, wether, 2 yearlings, and 2 adult does)

I have 3 Nubians in a 1/2 acre field. They are fine, but it was already
established pasture.

I have four standard size goats in 2 acres... The ground is pretty bare now and I feed my goats too.
