I have a 6 week old pygmy goat which we bought to be a companion to our horse....I have the goat in with the rabbits and next to the chickens at the moment. He is still a little scared and I was wondering how old they need to be before you can start giving treats. I am currently bottle feeding him now but he has been nibbling on the grass.

You can offer him treats now if you'd like...he's plenty old enough for "solid food," as it were.

Lots of folks will tell you to offer bread, corn chips, animal crackers, and all kinds of other stuff...I'm going to recommend alfalfa pellets, or perhaps raisins.
