I have 2 goats and 15 chickens in the same property.
I setup the chicken house so the goats can't get in to eat the chicken food by making a secondary entrance door only large enough for the chickens to get through, and keeping the main door closed.
However, I now have the problem that the chickens love to go into the goat house and lay eggs.:(

Is there any trick to setting up the goat house in a way in which it would discourage the chickens from laying eggs in it, or something to prevent them from entering?

Good luck with that.

My ducks, geese and chickens all like to lay eggs in the corners of the goat house. In fact, for the last two years, my geese have hatched eggs in the goat house.

My advice, build a nest box in the goat house. If you can't beat them, enable them.

Thanks for that 3boyschicks---I will be getting chickens this spring (gulp..I am told maybe sooner) and I had a place for them in the stall next to my goats. (2 separate stalls) But I was thinking maybe this was not a good idea with the goat berries and all?

Chickens are good for goat berries - they help scratch them into oblivion :) My goat house nest boxes are clean and the eggs are clean, if that's what you're worried about.
