How's it supposed to taste?

I took about half a cup of milk from my ND today, filtered it and got it ice cold. I normally buy 2% so getting adjusted to whole milk is going to be an adjustment of its own. To me it tasted like cows milk but with a bit of a bite and slight herbally taste.

My ND milk is very creamy and sweet. I use a nylon coffee filter and store it in glass milk containers in the fridge. If I don't get enough hair and alfalfa bits filtered out, the milk will take on a different taste, but the coffee filter works good.
